Blessings and Welcome Dance Minister!
Liturgical Dance Academy is an online resource for dance ministers. Here, dance ministers will find teachings on the biblical foundations of dance, the various types of dances (praise, worship, warfare, etc.), various worship instruments such as flags, streamers, banners, tambourines, billow cloths, etc. Also available will be resources and teachings on garments, biblical colors, choreography, technique, and much more. Liturgical Dance Academy will also have teachings available specifically for children and youth dance ministers.
Liturgical Dance Academy was birthed out of a need and desire to equip dance ministers so that they can continue to grow and become more effective ministers of the word of God through movement. Whether you are an experienced dance minister or if God just called you to this awesome ministry, you will find Liturgical Dance Academy to be a valuable resource. Lord willing, Liturgical Dance Academy will become a complete online dance academy and program by 2016.
